If you are arriving after Reception Hours please call the Resort on 07 5455 1777 prior to arrival to arrange for late check in and a code to access your room key. There is a safe at the top of the stairs to your right, and you will need to enter the code given to you by the Resort. You then need to turn the dial to "unlock" Instructions and a key are in the envelope marked with the surname used for your booking. Important: To close safe - please hold the door shut and turn the dial to "lock". If you experience any issues on arrival, please call or text our on-site managers on 0438 876 538. Please come to reception the morning after arrival from 8am to register and collect a second key if needed. Car Parking: There is a secure car park available after checking in. Please temporarily park in our underground retail car park which is accessed via either side street (Elizabeth Street or Williams Street), at the back of our building. You can leave your luggage in the car as you will be able to access your apartment from the carpark lift. You can then walk back towards the main road through our pedestrian walkway, then walk up the stairs between Coolum Thai Spice and Mr Mancino restaurants. This is where Resort Reception is located and our friendly team will be happy to check you in to your apartment and give you more information about the Resort and the Coolum area.
