Due to being remote and operation with a small team of Allrounders, we don't operate on regular office hours. There is always a phone number of an on-site manager provided at the reception desk for any assistance. For Late arrivals outside of reception hours, we will contact guests to arrange self check-in. Please provide full contact details of all guests during reservation process, so we are able to reach out.

Driving Info:
- The Daintree River Ferry runs from 6:00 am to 12:00 midnight daily and current charges are approximately AUD23.00 per two wheel and four wheel drive vehicle each way. As the ferry does not commence operation until 6:00am each day, the earliest transfer to Cairns Airport departs from Cape Tribulation Resort at 7:30 am which means guests will be able to catch an 11:00 am flight at the earliest.
The last ferry from Daintree to Cape Tribulation is at 12:00 midnight which means the latest flight clients can book to arrive into Cairns is 8:00 pm, as it takes approximately 3 hours self drive to get to the Daintree. If client's flight is running late, they will have to stay overnight in either Cairns, Port Douglas, Mossman or Daintree Village. Ferntree Rainforest Lodge recommend clients book flight around these ferry times to ensure the last ferry is not missed.
