- Failure to confirm booking 48 hours prior to departure may result in rescheduling at the discretion of Paradise Jetboating.

Existing Medical Conditions:
- Passengers must be in good health and free from any medical conditions may be aggravated by activities conducted by Paradise Jet Boating. For example - Any person who is Pregnant, has existing heart conditions, back, neck or previous other injuries are strongly advised not to ride on paradise Jet Boating vessels.

Transfers from central Surfers Paradise:
- Return transfers from central Surfers Paradise are available. Arrange pick-up time when reconfirming booking 48 hours prior to scheduled departure.
