Arrival Information:

Cairns Airport Domestic T2: please proceed to Baggage Claim Carousel #3 to meet your driver. Your driver will meet you at baggage carousel 3 with your name on a sign. Cairns International T1: your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign. Cairns Airport limits the time that shuttles can access the airport so if your driver is not at baggage carousel 3 or the International Arrivals Hall when you get there please wait. Please aim to be ready 15 minutes before your scheduled service departs.

Departure Information:

Shuttle service operates standard hours daily from Port Douglas 6:00am to 6:00pm. Transfer services after 6:00pm and before 6am will need to be booked as private transfers.

Port Douglas to Cairns Airport: 06:00, 07:00, 08:00, 09:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00. Domestic departures require pickup approximately 3 hours prior to departure.
