Our check-in procedures include a personal greeting on arrival. Guests are required to text us when they arrive at the property and we will come down to welcome them.
We text guests the drop box pin code on the day of their arrival. The key drop box is to the left of the door on the front deck. If guests arrive at night time an automatic security light will come on at the chalet. Guests can check in any time after 3.00pm. Late check ins are allowed.
