If arriving outside of reception hours, please call the hotel in advance to obtain an access code. This code will open all gates and the night safe. A key pack will be prepared for you and left in the Night Safe. Inside the safe there will be an envelope with your name on it, it contains your room key, a map of the property and a wi-fi login. You will find the safe located next to reception behind the privacy fence.

Driving Info:
From the airport or coming from the South: Travel North on the Stuart Highway, towards Alice Springs. Turn right at the Tom Brown roundabout and take the 4th exit, onto South Terrace. Turn left onto Strehlow Street and you will find reception at the 4th driveway on your right (approx. 200 metres.)
Coming from the North (Stuart Highway): Turn left at the first set of lights onto Wills Terrace. Turn right at the next set of lights onto Leichhardt Terrace, remaining on this street as it becomes South Terrace. Simply turn right onto Strehlow Street and you will find reception at the 4th driveway on your right (approx. 200 metres.)
