Our reception hours are from 08:00am-04:00pm daily. If you arrive after this time, you can still check in with no trouble at all. We shall leave an envelope with your name on it, in a plastic holder marked Late Arrivals Key Collection, to the left of the reception door. The envelope will contain your room key, some resort information and a map of the property. The credit card used to confirm the booking will be charged during the day for your entire stay, receipt also in the carpark to easily transport your language to your cabin. Should you require any assistance, there will be a night manager on site and also some staff members down in the restaurant area until around 09:00pm. We look forward to seeing you! There are two accessible Escape Family Cabins at the property, which are configured with one double bed and one single bed in each cabin.

Driving Info:
You can hire a normal sedan to drive to Cape Tribulation. This is the best transport option as the activities and scenery are spread evenly across the 40km strip of beautiful coastline from the Daintree Ferry to Cape Tribulation. Without public transportation or shuttle service in the area vehicle hire is a must.
Please note that the property entrance is mere metres prior to Rykers Road becoming an unsealed road.
Should you wish to venture further north along the Bloomfield Track to Lion's Den, Cooktown or further a 4WD is necessary.
