If you arrive after 04:00pm, you can still check-in with no trouble at all. The hotel will leave an envelope with your name on it, in a plastic holder marked Late Arrivals Key Collection, to the left of the reception door. The envelope will contain your room key, some resort information and a map of the property. The credit card used to confirm the booking will be charged during the day for your entire stay, receipt also in the envelope.
