We only provide a "private self-check-in" experience for all our guests. To ensure a smooth arrival, it is crucial that we receive your mobile number at least 7 days before your arrival. This allows us to send guest our self-check-in instructions. As we are situated on a 240-acre property with no traditional Reception Desk, having their mobile/cell number is essential for seamless check-in. Failure to provide this information may result in cancellation of the guests booking. On the day of your arrival, we will send the guest an SMS with detailed self-check-in instructions. Please note: Guests do not come to a reception area; instead, they proceed directly to their chalet following the instructions provided in the SMS.
