TERMINAL 1 CAR PARK
Car spaces do not need to be pre-booked.
Guests driving into the hotel will need to follow the signs to the Airport Short Term Car Park.
Please use the intercom to collect a ticket from the ticket machine at the boom gate when entering the car park.
If this is an issue we can sort it out at Reception with the vehicle number plate.
Parking is available on levels 1, 2 and 3.
Level 2 has now been turned into Virgin Valet toward the front of the carpark, however there is general parking toward the back of the carpark. Please note, anyone who is parking in the Virgin Valet or premium parking on Level 2, cannot validate or receive a discount on parking through the hotel.
Once parked, guests can access our guest lifts on Ground Level Or Level 2, and are located at the front centre of the carpark (between the Melbourne Airport Skybridges).
Upon completion of your meeting, tickets must be validated at our hotel reception desk to receive the discounted rate.
